Richard DiGeronimo boasts a distinguished career in the real estate industry spanning over four decades, characterized by diverse expertise across various domains including real estate valuations, mortgage financing, sales and purchases, property management, development, leasing, mentoring, teaching, litigation support, and expert witnessing.

His journey commenced in the 1970’s with a family-based New York appraisal firm, where he played a pivotal role in expanding its operations and establishing regional offices across Long Island, Manhattan, Chicago, and Florida. In 1983-1985, he co-founded and served as a principal of Real Estate Investment Services (REIS), a successful national real estate financial brokerage company. In 1985, he founded R.D. Geronimo LTD, a full-service real estate appraisal and advisory firm, which he operated until its acquisition by the Archstone Group in 2021, where he continued as the CEO of their New York operations until April 2023.

Richard's expertise in real estate appraisals encompasses a broad spectrum, including investment analyses, tax certiorari, eminent domain proceedings, estate and gift tax valuations, property damage assessments, discounted cash flow analysis, and portfolio valuations. His portfolio valuation experience includes properties ranging from multi-family and mixed-use buildings to industrial facilities, hotels, offices, retail assets, vacant land, condominiums, cooperatives, specialized properties such as golf courses and marinas, and more.
